Shipping policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer, and we will notify you via email.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (U.S.)
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (U.S.)
*Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If your tracking status has not updated within 5 business days, please reach out to us.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking details and reach out to the carrier.
Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect, and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
